Position Title: Driver
Department: Logistics

Job Summary

Supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting in the preparation, handling, and processing of materials used in the production of windows, doors, and related products. The role may be assigned to different sections of production such as screening, foiling, glass, and others, depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities (All Drivers)

  • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of materials, products, or personnel
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicle
  • Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, brakes, lights) before and after trips
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to supervisor
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions
  • Assist in loading and unloading items when required
  • Ensure all documents (delivery receipts, gate passes, trip tickets) are properly accomplished and submitted

Installation Driver (Additional Duties)

  • Transport installation team and materials to project sites safely and on time
  • Assist in loading and unloading of tools, glass, aluminum, windows, doors, and other installation materials
  • Coordinate with installers and site supervisors regarding schedules
  • Support installation crew when needed (basic assistance only, not technical installation unless trained)

Delivery Driver (Additional Duties)

  • Deliver finished products, materials, or supplies to clients, warehouses, or job sites
  • Verify items before departure to ensure correct quantity and condition
  • Obtain signatures and acknowledgment on delivery receipts
  • Ensure proper handling of fragile or high-value items
  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery updates

Wingvan Driver (Additional Duties) – Carmona, Cavite

  • Operate wingvan truck for bulk deliveries and long-distance transport
  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading using proper equipment or assistance
  • Monitor vehicle condition during long trips (fuel, temperature, tires, etc.)
  • Follow route planning and time schedules

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3 depending on vehicle type)
  • With at least 1–2 years driving experience (installation, delivery, or wingvan is an advantage)
  • Familiar with basic vehicle maintenance and road safety practices
  • Physically fit and willing to assist in loading and unloading
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and with good moral character
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different project sites
